This semi-permeant treatment is the secret to saving you the hassle of spending hours pencilling in your eyebrows!
We spending the time making sure these are perfect & bespoke to each and every face.
What is Microblading?
The Microblading tool creates simulated hair strokes, creating natural looking brows, which enhance the ability to reshape your current brows adding dimension and uniformity.
The natural result can last for up to two years. For clients requiring a consistent appearance a colour maintenance programme every 6 to 12 months can be arranged.
The goal is not to create perfect symmetry, but to make a moderate improvement to enhance the facial characteristics and natural beauty which are already present. The practitioner must follow your natural eyebrow contour.
Remember, no two eyebrows are ever truly identical. We choose a colour together by applying small amounts of different coloured pigments to the skin near to your brows, and selecting the best match for your skin tone, features, and personal preference.
& Patch Test
2nd Appointment or Refresh
What is the treatment regime?
After the consultation with the practitioner and patch test the procedure is split into two appointments which are 4-6 weeks apart to allow completion of the healing process. The initial procedure will take from 90 minutes to 2 hours, and your second appointment around 60 to 90 minutes.
How will your brows be after the procedure?
Your brows may be a little swollen, red and sometimes blanched (white). This is all very normal. They will be considerably darker for the first week before they begin to fade out to a softer colour.
Do you need a patch test?
Yes all clients need a patch test at least 48 hours before the procedure. This is performed during the initial consultation.
Are there any reasons Microblading is not right for you?
If you have active eczema, shingles, rashes, or anything else near eyebrows and individuals with oily skin. Those with very oily skin and large pores are not good candidates for Microblading as the treatment tends not to last very well.
If you have brow Microbladed already, can we still treat these?
Yes, however, a consultation and patch test would be required and if it has been some time since treatment it may be necessary to have two sessions.
If you have microbladed brows already but don’t like the shape and colour can we treat and improve the appearance?
In most cases yes, however. You may need a course of tattoo removal treatments prior to the Micro blading and this can be done at Dermal Aesthetics.
Saline Tattoo Removal
The treatment involves inserting the saline solution into the skin, which punctures the top layer of skin and opens up the area. A salt paste is applied to the skin, pulling the inks and pigments to the surface.
Expect visible and wanted results in 3 to 6 sessions.
You must wait 4-6 weeks in between each session.
How many sessions needed will depend on how saturated the pigment is, how deep it was implanted and how much needs to be removed for the desired result.
Is LiFT Tattoo Removal Painful?
Saline removal is safe for most skin types, as opposed to alternative methods that can lead to blistered, hypo/hyper pigmented or scarred skin. It tends to be less painful than laser removal and typically, even less painful than when the tattoo was first applied.
LiFT is a safe and highly effective pigment lightening solution that can tackle any pigment colour on any skin colour. LiFT uses osmosis rather than laser force it is also effective on all skin types.
